• AI Providers (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI) for generating feedback
• Voice Infrastructure Providers (e.g., Vapi.ai) to run interviews
• Cloud Storage & Analytics Providers (e.g. Neon DB)

All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data.

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. All media files are stored securely and auto-deleted after processing (unless explicitly saved).

Reports and transcripts are stored securely in our database.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for our services or legal obligations.
